Our tanning lotions all contain sunscreen. Unlike sunless tanning lotions, these products are designed to be used on sources of UV light, such as tanning beds or tanning stations.
Three different types of bronzers; Cosmetic, Natural, and DHA.
DHA (dihydroxyacetone), a higher-content bronzer, stays on the skin for about 4-5 days, depending on how well you exfoliate. There are also natural bronzers that are made from plant extracts and stay on the skin for about 3-4 days.
Cosmetic bronzers are the worst on the skin, they stay on the skin for about 1-3 days and wash off easily in the shower. These bronzers work with the skin to provide a deeper makeup color. They take about 4-6 hours to develop full color. Doing a base tan before the bronzer will result in a more natural color. Natural bronzers use natural ingredients like caramel, riboflavin, and more. These ingredients provide a slight instant brightening effect, but wash off in the shower.
